Not only are they super easy to customize and throw together, but they’re a great way to get some extra fruits and veggies into your diet! I especially love the tropical vibes I get from this banana mango kiwi smoothie. It’s a cool blend of flavors that’s refreshing AND fun!

The hardest part of this recipe is peeling the kiwi, but it’s not even that hard when you use my simple trick. Just cut the kiwi in half widthwise, grab a spoon, and scoop out the fruit. SO much easier than trying to wrangle a slippery kiwi with your peeler!
Then, you just put everything in your blender and blend it up! If needed, scrape the sides of your blender with a spatula halfway through blending to ensure everything is blended evenly.
Then grab your favorite glass or a mason jar and enjoy!

Banana Mango Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 kiwi peeled and halved
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup mango frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Notes
- To easily peel your kiwi, simply cut it in half widthwise and scoop out the fruit with a spoon.
- To make this recipe vegan, substitute agave nectar or your favorite liquid sweetener instead of honey.
- To up the tropical flavors, try using a flavored coconut water.
