All you need to do for this recipe is trim your asparagus short enough to fit in your Ninja Foodi or air fryer, and toss them with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic salt. So simple! Once they’re coated, spread them in the air crisper basket. It’s okay if they overlap a bit, but you don’t want them layered too much or they won’t cook properly.
Flip your asparagus halfway through for more even browning, and serve immediately for best results!

Ninja Foodi Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
- Place asparagus into crisper basket in Ninja Foodi (asparagus can overlap, but you don't want them to be stacked more than 2 pieces high). Set Foodi to 'air crisp' at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Flip asparagus halfway through for even browning.
- Remove immediately and serve for best results.
Notes
- Depending on the size of your Ninja Foodi/air fryer and how much asparagus you're preparing, you may need to air crisp in multiple batches. Heat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep asparagus warm in between batches.
- Safety first! I love using my silicone oven mitts and tongs to keep myself safe while using my Ninja Foodi.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
