These delicious brussels sprouts are so easy to make in the Ninja Foodi or air fryer, and get perfectly crispy every time!

I just got a Ninja Foodi, and OH MY GOSH, I’m in love (#NotSponsoredButIWishItWas). Overnight, I was given the power to pressure cook, air fry, dehydrate, etc. and this power is going straight to my head. I may never use another kitchen appliance ever again. :P

Brussels sprouts are also best, in my opinion, when they’re nice and crispy and my Ninja Foodi does this for me PERFECTLY. These Ninja Foodi brussels sprouts are definitely going to be a staple in our household moving forward.

brussels sprouts, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, ground black pepper

It’s so quick to throw together these Ninja Foodi brussels sprouts. Cut the stems off your brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Place them in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with garlic salt and ground black pepper. Toss them until they’re well coated.

Place your coated brussels sprouts in the crisper basket of your Ninja Foodi. Make sure they’re in a single layer for optimal crisping. If you’re making more brussels sprouts, make them in several batches for optimal crisping of all of them.

Close the attached lid, turn your Foodi to ‘air crisp’ at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through for even browning. I like using silicone oven mitts and silicone tongs to move things around in the crisper basket safely.

If your brussels sprouts are small or you don’t want them too brown and crispy, air crisp for a few less minutes. If they’re big or you want them browner and more crispy, air crisp for a few more minutes.

Remove from your Ninja Foodi and serve immediately for best results! Enjoy!
