Best of all, it takes all of two seconds to throw this recipe together. Just add everything to your blender and blend it up!
Blend for about a minute, or until smooth. Scrape the sides of your blender with a spatula to make sure there are no clumps of basil left un-blended.

Strawberry Basil Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup fresh basil loosely packed
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Notes
- To make vegan, use your favorite plant-based yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
- Use agave nectar or your other favorite liquid sweetener instead of honey, if desired.
