Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
1/3cupalmond butter
1/4cupshredded coconutunsweetened
2tbsphoney
2tbspmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl, and stir to combine.
Roll dough into approximately 1 inch balls.
Store balls in refrigerator.
Notes
Energy balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or frozen for up to 3 months.
Energy balls can be left at room temperature, if desired, but keep best and last longer when refrigerated.
If the dough isn't sticking together very well, warm it in your hands for a few seconds and it should soften up enough to form a ball.
