Ingredients
2largeeggs
1/2cupFireball cinnamon whiskey
1/4cupmilk
1/2tspground cinnamon
8slicesTexas toast or other thick-cut bread
cooking spray
butterfor serving
maple syrupfor serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Fireball, milk, and ground cinnamon.
Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.
Coat both sides of Texas toast with Fireball mixture and place on griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until French toast is golden brown.

You can use another cinnamon whiskey instead of Fireball, if desired.
Refrigerate any leftovers for 3-5 days, or freeze in a silicone storage bag to eat later.
