Instructions
Coat chicken with garlic, ground black pepper, ground white pepper, and salt.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add coated chicken and water and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice, noodles, vegetables, or plain.
Notes
Try subbing chicken with pork, beef, shrimp, tofu, or your other favorite protein! Just note that cooking times will vary.
