Honey Garlic Chicken
The sweetness of honey pairs beautifully with the sharpness of garlic in this decadent chicken marinade.

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4
cup
olive oil
2
tbsp
honey
1 1/2
tbsp
rice vinegar
1
tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce
4
cloves
garlic, minced
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic to make a marinade.
Marinate chicken breasts in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Place chicken breasts onto prepared baking sheet, and spoon any extra marinade evenly over chicken.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
Marinate in either a silicone or plastic bag, or a shallow, covered dish.
Chicken can be safely marinated in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
