Sweet and savory with a punch of garlic, this honey garlic shrimp is the perfect protein to pair with a couple sides for an easy dinner.

Ingredients

lb
raw shrimp
peeled, deveined, tails removed
4
cloves
garlic
minced
2
tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tbsp
fresh ginger
grated
Instructions
Whisk
together garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and fresh ginger to make a marinade.
Marinate shrimp for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) in an
airtight glass container
.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and pour shrimp and excess marinade into skillet. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an
airtight glass container
in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
