Add all ingredients except for mango and peach into a mason jar. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Gently mix in mango and peaches and enjoy!
Notes
I like slightly runny overnight oats and wrote this recipe accordingly. If you like thicker overnight oats use about 3/4 cup milk instead of a full cup.
Chia seeds are technically optional, but they add fiber and help absorb some liquid. If omitting, use less milk.
