These quick and easy tortilla pizzas use only six ingredients and take less than 20 minutes to prepare. Get all the freshness and flavor without the hassle!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper.
Lightly brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil. Place on baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the surface of each tortilla is slightly browned.
Place an even layer of tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and oregano onto each tortilla. Add any extra toppings, as desired.
Bake pizzas for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges of each pizza are golden brown.
Notes
Shredded mozzarella can be used in place of fresh mozzarella, if desired.
Fresh oregano can be used instead of dried, if desired.
Dried basil can be used in place of fresh, if desired.
Place mozzarella cheese over fresh herbs to prevent them from getting scorched during baking.
