Set Ninja Foodi to 'saute' on medium. Once heated, add olive oil, onion, and garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes, or until onion is translucent. Turn off the heat.
Add the buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and cream cheese and stir until well mixed and everything is evenly incorporated.
Add the chicken breast. Put pressure cooking lid on Foodi, secure it, and turn the nozzle to 'seal'. Set Foodi to 'pressure' on high for 12 minutes. Quick release the steam by turning the nozzle to 'vent', and open the lid once pressure has released.
Shred chicken with a fork and mix well until incorporated. Top with cheddar cheese, set Foodi to 'broil' for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Top with fresh green onion, and serve!

To ensure you don't scratch your Ninja Foodi pot, you may want to remove the chicken breasts from your Foodi while shredding.
It's essential that your cream cheese is at room temp when you add it into the Foodi so that it more evenly mixes with the rest of the ingredients.
