Ingredients
2largerusset potatoes
2tbspolive oil
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
Cut russet potatoes into french fry strips. Place in a large bowl, cover with cold water, and let soak for 30 minutes. Drain and pat fries dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
Toss fries with olive oil and salt and place into crisper basket, in a single layer, in Ninja Foodi.
Turn Foodi to 'air crisp' at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes. Shake basket halfway through for even browning.
Add a couple more minutes if you'd like them browner and more crispy, or remove a couple minutes early if you prefer them less brown. Remove and serve immediately for best results.

Notes
Air crisping in a single layer is important to get the fries nice and crispy. Depending on the size of your Ninja Foodi or air fryer you may need to air crisp in multiple batches. Turn your oven on at 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep fries warm in between batches.
Store any leftovers in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 3-5 days. Reheat in air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes.
