Ingredients
1pound (about 2 large potatoes)russet potatoespeeled and shredded
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2teaspoonground black pepper
1/2teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Place shredded potatoes into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Cover with cold water and soak for 20-30 minutes.
Drain potato shreds, and pat dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Remove as much excess water as possible.
Toss potato shreds with vegetable oil, ground black pepper, and salt.
Spray air crisper basket liberally with cooking spray to prevent hashbrowns from sticking, and spread hashbrowns evenly in air crisper basket in Ninja Foodi.
Set Foodi to 'air crisp' at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Add a couple more minutes for crispier hashbrowns, if desired. Serve immediately for best results.
Notes
To shred your potatoes: use your food processor or a grater.
