Ingredients
1
cup
rolled oats
1/3
cup
peanut butter
1/4
cup
raisins
2
tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
chia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl, and stir to combine.
Roll dough into approximately 1 inch balls.
Store balls in refrigerator.
Notes
Energy balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or frozen for up to 3 months.
Energy balls can be left at room temperature, if desired, but keep best and last longer when refrigerated.
If the dough isn’t sticking together very well, warm it in your hands for a few seconds and it should soften up enough to form a ball.
Experiment by swapping out the raisins for your favorite dried fruit!
