Roasted Lemon Parmesan Broccoli
This delicious roasted broccoli is seasoned with lemon and golden brown parmesan. It's easy to make, and an impressive side dish!

Ingredients

olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice

cloves
garlic

ground black pepper

large head of broccoli
chopped

cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over broccoli, and toss to coat.
Spread coated broccoli evenly on prepared baking sheet and roast in oven for 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over broccoli and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is browned and crispy.
