Ingredients
2largeeggs
1/2cupRumChata
1/4cupmilk
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1teaspoonvanilla
8slicesTexas toast or other thick-cut bread
cooking spray
butterfor serving
maple syrupfor serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, RumChata, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla.
Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.
Coat both sides of Texas toast with RumChata mixture and place on griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until French toast is golden-brown.
Notes
Store leftovers in a silicone storage bag for up to 3-5 days, or freeze to store longer.
Serve with butter and maple syrup, top with berries and whipped cream, or enjoy with your favorite toppings!
