Spicy Shrimp, Green Bean, and Potato Skillet
This easy shrimp, green bean, and potato one skillet meal is ready and on your table in less than an hour. Plus, it has less than 10 ingredients!

Ingredients

tbsp
olive oil
8
baby yellow potatoes
quartered
1/2
lb
green beans
trimmed
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1/2
lb
raw shrimp
deveined, peeled, tails removed
1/2
lemon
juiced
1
tbsp
dried parsley
1
tsp
ground black pepper
1/4
tsp
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Add potatoes and saute until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Add green beans and saute until tender, about another 15 minutes.
Remove potatoes and green beans from skillet and set aside.
Heat the final tablespoon of olive oil in the skillet. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and saute until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Add cooked potatoes and green beans back to skillet.
Add lemon juice, dried parsley, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes and stir until well coated. Remove from heat and enjoy!

If your shrimp are frozen, simply run them under cold water for 10-15 minutes to thaw.
