Jump to RecipeEnergy balls, protein balls, whatever you want to call them–I love them! They’re SO easy to make, and are a quick grab-and-go snack that’s actually satiating. They’re perfect for a work or school snack, or even an on-the-run breakfast!
You only need 5 ingredients, and about 15 minutes to throw these energy balls together! Simply mix together all the ingredients: rolled oats, almond butter, shredded coconut, honey, and mini chocolate chips.
Make sure you thoroughly mix all the ingredients–there’s not a lot of wet ingredients, so they need to be fully mixed together in order to stick everything together into a ball.
Then, roll the dough into about 1 inch balls. If your dough is getting crumbly, or is difficult to work with, try warming it between your hands for a few seconds.
And there you have it! A quick, easy, delicious grab-and-go snack ready to go in 15 minutes or less! If you try this recipe, be sure to give it a rating down in the comments. And don’t forget to tag me online @HookomOnHealth and use the #HookomOnHealth so I can see your creations!
