Coaching is a collaborative process. During your initial assessment, we’ll explore your current and past relationship to food, movement, and your body. We’ll envision where you’d like this relationship to be, and develop realistic, actionable goals to help you continue on the path towards food, movement, and body peace and acceptance.

During follow-up sessions, we’ll check-in on your progress towards your personalized goals, and troubleshoot what went well and what didn’t. We’ll revamp any goals that aren’t working for you, and come up with solutions to barriers. Together, we’ll figure out how best to support the lifestyle changes you’re making so they can be sustainable long-term.

Initial assessments are 60 minutes long, and follow-up sessions are each 30 minutes long.

You can schedule coaching sessions as frequently or infrequently as you’d like. Most clients schedule their first follow-up 2-3 weeks after their initial assessment, so they have time to work on their goals.

Yes! You can schedule any additional follow-ups that you’d like at any time. 

Note: completion of an initial assessment is required in order to schedule a follow-up appointment.

Everyone’s needs are different, and the number of sessions you’ll need is going to vary person-to-person. Together, we’ll discuss whether or not additional sessions may be needed to meet your goals during your follow-up sessions.
