We LOVE French toast in this house, and we’re all adults here so making some boozy French toast seemed like a no-brainer. I figured Fireball would be a nice option since it has all that cinnamon goodness. And so this recipe was born!
This recipe is also super easy to make. Just whisk together your Fireball, milk, eggs, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Then, spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and heat on medium heat. Dip each slice of Texas toast or other thick-cut bread into your Fireball mixture before placing on the griddle. You can use any bread you want really, but personally we like thicker-cut white bread.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
And that’s really all there is to it. Eat your Fireball French toast as-is, or top with butter and maple syrup or your other favorite toppings. Enjoy! (responsibly, enjoy responsibly because the alcohol in this does NOT burn off, you’ve been warned)
