The pepper and garlic combo is just so yummy and perfect to serve along with rice, noodles, or some stir-fried veggies. Quick and easy, it’s the perfect weeknight dinner protein to accompany your favorite grain and vegetable side dish.

All you have to do is coat your chicken pieces with garlic, both peppers, and salt. Toss them up a few times to make sure they’re fully coated.
Then, heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken and water and bring water to a boil. Cover, and let simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Your chicken should reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve your garlic pepper chicken with rice or noodles and a side of veggies for a complete and delicious meal. Enjoy!
