Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, these baked potatoes come out perfectly every time in your Ninja Foodi or air fryer.
Jump to RecipeI’m a HUGE fan of baked potatoes (and let’s be real, potatoes in general). They’re just so versatile and pair perfectly with almost everything! And making them in the Ninja Foodi is such a breeze–they come out PERFECTLY every time! I absolutely love how crispy these potatoes get on the outside while staying soft and fluffy on the inside.

Once you’ve thoroughly washed your potatoes, use a fork to poke holes all over the outside of each potato. Then, use a basting brush or your fingers to rub olive oil all over the skin of each potato. Sprinkle salt all over the outside of each potato, and place both potatoes into the crisper basket of the Ninja Foodi.
Close the air crisping lid (attached), and set Foodi to ‘air crisp’ at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes. If your potatoes are smaller, start with 35 minutes. If they’re larger, start with 45 minutes. Your potatoes are done when they can be easily pierced with a fork and the skins are crispy.
Serve with butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, or your other favorite toppings and enjoy! If you try this recipe, please be sure to leave me your thoughts and a rating in the comments below. Don’t forget to tag me @HookomOnHealth and use the #HookomOnHealth so that I can see your creations online!

Ninja Foodi Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes washed well
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Use a fork to poke holes all over each potato.
- Use a basting brush or your fingers to rub olive oil all over the outside of each potato. Sprinkle salt all over the outside of each potato, and place into crisper basket in the Ninja Foodi.
- Set Foodi to 'air crisp' at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes (use the shorter cook time for smaller potatoes and the longer cook time for larger potatoes), or until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork and the skins are crispy.
- Serve with sour cream, butter, chives, cheese, or your other favorite baked potato toppings!
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
- You can easily make more potatoes in your Foodi if they will fit without touching each other, just keep in mind that you may have to increase the cook time.
- Safety first! I love using my silicone oven mitts and silicone tongs when cooking with my Ninja Foodi.
