#10: Rosemary, Thyme, Balsamic Chicken Breasts

This recipe is definitely a throwback for me! It was posted all the way back in 2019 (which feels like a lifetime ago at this point). Even though I sometimes forget about it, it’s definitely a delicious and savory chicken breast recipe that isn’t too complicated to throw together. You can also never go wrong with a good rosemary and thyme combo! I’ll have to remember to make this again in 2022! (and maybe update the pictures because yikes…) Haven’t made it yet, or also forgot this one existed (like me)? Try it out HERE.

#9: Ninja Foodi Fish

This year has been a year full of Ninja Foodi recipes ever since I got my multi-cooker for Christmas last year! And living in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes, I of course had to come up with a pretty amazing fish recipe! This one is definitely a favorite of my household too, and one that we used a LOT during the summer with fish we caught ourselves! If you’re looking for a delicious and simple way to prepare fish, this is definitely a great recipe to try. You can test it out for yourself HERE.

#8: Ninja Foodi Stuffed Peppers

I 100% agree with this recipe being among the most popular on the blog! Spencer and I personally made this recipe at least once a week for MONTHS. We’ve been moving on to more soups and chilis with the cooler temps now, but this was a regular for us for a long time. It’s just so easy to make, and convenient to have a complete meal all stuffed in a pepper. I’ve since made another iteration of this recipe with beef and quinoa which you can find HERE. Otherwise, try out the OG recipe HERE.

#7: Ninja Foodi Brussels Sprouts

This is the first Ninja Foodi recipe I posted! I’m a huge brussels sprouts fan, and have loved making them using the air crisping function of my Foodi. I’m so glad to know that all of you are enjoying this recipe too. Brussels sprouts can definitely be a little bit of a challenge to make taste good and have a nice texture, but this is an easy and delicious way to do it! Try them out for yourself HERE.

#6: Baileys Irish Cream French Toast

I knew this recipe was super popular last year when I posted it, but didn’t realize it would have such a lasting impact! This is definitely a fun recipe to make for an adult weekend brunch, and I love how simple it is to freeze any leftovers. It’s simple to make, delicious to eat, and more exciting than regular French toast! Try it out for yourself HERE.

#5: Spicy Shrimp, Green Bean, and Potato Skillet

It feels so weird to think about how this recipe was posted back in March of 2020–meaning I was putting finishing touches on it right before the pandemic hit… With less than 10 ingredients, and a quick cook time, it makes perfect sense to me why this recipe has remained so popular! I think a lot of us have gotten/are getting burned out from cooking with everything else going on, and this recipe is a great one to make a nutritious meal that’s pretty low effort. Try it out for yourself HERE.

#4: Pineapple Sage Chicken

pineapple sage chicken

Another throwback! Clearly 2019 was my year of all the delicious and simple chicken breast marinades. I’m not surprised to see this one in the top 10 though, I always notice it skyrocket in views and popularity every summer! And honestly, I get it. Pineapple and sage is such a fun and unique combination that I just can’t get enough of! Try this winning chicken recipe HERE.

#3: Fireball French Toast

I guess if 2019 was the year of chicken marinades, 2020 was my year of boozy French toast. :P And y’all LOVE my boozy French toast recipes! Again, they’re so easy to make, but taste so unique and fun for an adult weekend brunch. My latest one is RumChata French Toast, which you can try out HERE. Otherwise, try out the OG boozy French toast recipe with Fireball HERE.

#2: Ninja Foodi Buffalo Chicken Dip

AGREED. This buffalo chicken dip recipe is probably one of my favorite recipes I’ve ever written! It’s just so creamy and delicious–my family can’t get enough! Without a doubt, this is one recipe that I’ll be coming back to again and again and again. Try it out for yourself HERE.

#1: Ninja Foodi Sweet Potato Fries

I’m genuinely so proud that my most popular recipe of 2021 included potatoes, lol. Even if they are sweet potatoes. ;) And clearly y’all are into my Ninja Foodi recipes because oh my goodness, HALF of the top 10 most popular recipes of 2021 are Ninja Foodi recipes! But yeah, it’s pretty hard to go wrong with some sweet potato fries. Try out this recipe HERE.

And that’s it! My top 10 most popular recipes of 2021! Some of these surprised me, while others I knew would find their way here. And we even had a couple of throwbacks that were fun for me to revisit! I’m excited to see what 2022 will bring me, and I hope you have a wonderful New Year! Thank you again so much for engaging with and supporting my work over the last 5 years. <3
