All you need to do to prepare these broccoli is toss them in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, and ground black pepper.
Place the broccoli into the air crisper basket in your Ninja Foodi, in a single layer. The broccoli can be overlapping slightly, but you don’t want them to be stacked too deep or they won’t brown evenly.
Set your Foodi to ‘air crisp’ at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through for even browning. Your broccoli is done when it can be easily pierced with a fork.

Ninja Foodi Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets (about 1 large head of broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place broccoli florets in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic salt and ground black pepper, and toss to coat.
- Place broccoli into air crisper basket, in a single layer, in Ninja Foodi. Set Foodi to 'air crisp' at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8-10 minutes, or until broccoli can be easily pierced with a fork. Shake basket halfway through for even browning.
- Remove broccoli and serve immediately for best results.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
- Broccoli can be overlapping slightly in the air crisper basket, but shouldn't be more than a single layer deep or they won't brown evenly.
- Safety first! I love using my silicone oven mitts and silicone tongs when cooking with my Ninja Foodi.
