Ingredients
2large eggs
1/2cupBaileys Irish Cream liqueur
1/4cupmilk
1tspground cinnamon
1tspvanilla extract
8slicesTexas toast or other thick-cut bread
cooking spray
butterfor serving
maple syrupfor serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Baileys, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla.
Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.
Coat both sides of Texas toast with Baileys mixture and place on griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until French toast is golden-brown.
Notes
You can use another cream-based liqueur instead of Baileys, if desired.
Refrigerate any leftovers for 3-5 days, or freeze in a silicone storage bag to eat later.
Try garnishing with fresh berries and whipped cream.
