Air Fryer Bagel Bites

Homemade bagel bites are simple to throw together in the air fryer and taste incredible!

Jump to Recipe

I have such fond memories of making homemade bagel bites (or mini pizzas) as a kid. We tried them with bagels, English muffins, tortillas, you name it! And even as an adult, I still absolutely love homemade bagel bites. They’re the perfect easy snack or appetizer, and are such a crowd pleaser! And with your Ninja Foodi or air fryer, they’re easy to make without having to constantly keep an eye on them.

The first thing you need to do is cut your mini bagels in half (or separate them if they’re pre-cut). Then, place a whole pepperoni over the hole on each bagel half. This will prevent the sauce and toppings from falling through.

Add all the seasonings to your tomato sauce, and stir well until evenly dispersed. You can just use plain tomato sauce in a pinch, but adding a few simple seasonings really ups the flavor!

Then it’s time to build our bagel bites! Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and top with pepperoni quarters.

Place your bagel bites into the air crisper basket of your Ninja Foodi or air fryer. I found that I could fit 4 of them in at a time, but the size of your air fryer will dictate how many you’re able to fit. You don’t want them to be overlapping, though they can be pretty close to each other.

Set your Foodi or air fryer to ‘air crisp’ at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved.
