To start, set your Foodi to ‘saute’ on medium heat. Once it’s heated, add the olive oil, onion, and garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
Turn off the heat, and add the buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated and well mixed. It’s essential that your cream cheese is at room temp, or it won’t mix very well and will be really clumpy.
Then, add the chicken breasts. Put the pressure cooking lid on your Foodi, secure it, and turn the nozzle to ‘seal’. Set Foodi to ‘pressure’ on high for 12 minutes. Quick release the steam by turning the nozzle to ‘vent’, and open the lid once the pressure has released.
Shred the chicken with a fork and mix everything until well incorporated. If you’re worried about scratching the Ninja Foodi pot, pull the chicken out with tongs and shred in a bowl or plate before adding the chicken back to the Foodi pot.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of your dip. Set Foodi to ‘broil’ for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Top your buffalo chicken dip with fresh green onion, and serve!

Notes
- To ensure you don't scratch your Ninja Foodi pot, you may want to remove the chicken breasts from your Foodi while shredding.
- It's essential that your cream cheese is at room temp when you add it into the Foodi so that it more evenly mixes with the rest of the ingredients.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
- Safety first! I love using my silicone oven mitts and silicone tongs when using my Ninja Foodi.
