Please note: due to the quick cook time of French toast, the alcohol in this recipe does NOT completely burn off. Please eat responsibly and only if you are over the legal drinking age for your country (21 in the United States). Be safe!

To make this boozy French toast, whisk together the eggs, RumChata, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl until combined.
Spray a griddle pan or frying pan with cooking spray and heat on the stove to medium heat. Coat both sides of your Texas toast with the RumChata mixture and place on your heated pan.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the French toast is golden-brown.
Enjoy your RumChata French toast as is, or top with butter and maple syrup, berries and whipped cream, or your other favorite topping!

RumChata French Toast
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup RumChata
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 slices Texas toast or other thick-cut bread
- cooking spray
- butter for serving
- maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, RumChata, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.
- Coat both sides of Texas toast with RumChata mixture and place on griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until French toast is golden-brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in a silicone storage bag for up to 3-5 days, or freeze to store longer.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup, top with berries and whipped cream, or enjoy with your favorite toppings!
